Department Structure
The Branch consists of:
- A Deputy CEO: Innovation and Development responsible for, among others, the sourcing of new business, identification of possible partners, and strategic management of the Innovation and Development branch
- A Senior Manager: Innovation and Development who liaises with new and existing partners, sourcing of new business and implementation of part-time programmes
- A Manager: Marketing and Communication that manages the recruitment of full-time students, planning and managing of all College Functions and events and assists in brand promotion and communication/publications in the College
- A Manager Accreditation: researches and develops programmes and liaise with SETA's and SAQA on accreditation of sites and programmes
- The Senior Administrator is responsible for SETA liaison when students register as well as during the programme for loading of assessment details and during the exit of the programme when the requesting and issueing of certificates is coordinated.
- An Administration Clerk further assists with learning material and other departmental support.
- The Area Managers and Skills Managers are responsible for the implementation of learnerships, skills and part-time programmes which closely links them to their Education and Training Counterparts, the Faculty Heads and Programme Managers.
