Innovation and Development is one of four core sub divisions of the college (the others including Education and Training, Corporate Services and Finance) and not only deals with the Corporate Training needs of the area, but is further the hub of part-time courses, skills and learnernerships, other projects and focuses further on programme development, accreditation and approval while the marketing and corporate communication department ensures effective student recruitment.
In short, businesses, government departments and even individuals bring their training needs to the Innovation and Development Branch of Boland College and the College or its partners will deliver on these. These accredited training interventions are customized, if necessary, to the specific needs of the organization or business. Boland College is further a leader in the field because in the event that the College does not have the specific programme needed by the organization, it can call on its large database of credible training partners to deliver.
