Boland College boasts an Executive Committee (EXCO) with their roots firmly anchored in education while adding value with the knowledge and expertise they have gained in the private sector. According to law the management of the college consists of a principal (Chief Executive Officer: CEO) and three deputy CEO's and other key identified members of staff.
The Executive Committee of Boland College consists of the Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Financial Officer and three Deputy Chief Executive Officers (one for each of the units within the college). Quality Assurance in everything they do is extremely important and is the starting as well as end point of any initiative, intervention, project, policy and procedure. It is for this reason that the Quality Manager is the sixth member of EXCO. Working with public funds and being one of the colleges nationally with the largest budgets, an objective position with direct reporting to the Chief Executive Officer resulting in the inclusion of the Internal Auditor as the seventh member of EXCO.
