Partnerships with commerce and industry is a key strategic focus and has been one of the drivers of successful student placement during work integrated learning. Integrating Marketing and Corporate Communications, Student Support, Student financial Aid and Work Integrated Learning has been a rewarding experience because we can now offer students a true, holistic, support function which leads from pre-entry support to long past they have exited. We look forward to have you, our industry partners, as part of the team.

Wendy AdamsVice Principal Innovation and Development

Accountability is a key value to Boland College. By ensuring sound accounting practices and financial management principles, we ensure sustainability of an institution we are extremely proud of. Become part of our suppliers’ database and do business with one of the leaders in TVET education. We look forward to joining hands with you to build a future for our country.

Hannes GelderblomChief Financial Officer

At Boland College we are aware that the industry prefers to employ students who are already prepared for the world of work, as they will not need to invest more money into training them. We endeavour to put the focus equally on employability skills and knowledge. Not only will it build confidence within our students, but their chances of getting employment might increase. It becomes increasingly clear that the ability to demonstrate the application of the subject is key. As an educational institution we understand that we are a gateway between building our students’ knowledge, skills and their subsequent employment.

Johanna CoetzeeVice Principal Corporate Services

Our College is extremely proud on our students’ academic achievements over a long period of time. As we move forward we remain committed and continue to invest in our young people in making our college one of the best academic performing colleges in the country for Technical and Vocational Training. Through this our students will continue to easily articulate either directly into the wold of work, or continue with further studies.
